Dubai Police reported it currently operates 36 robots across tasks and administrative operations, and its General Department of Artificial Intelligence completed 104 strategic and operational projects in the past year. The force is advancing an AI transformation plan and building a platform to analyse data, automate procedures and support development of smart solutions, including a smart assistant for Smart Police Stations. Reported service continuity rates were 99.97 percent for public services and 99.92 percent for systems, and the department recorded awards, registered intellectual works and prior deployment of an autonomous DPR 02 patrol in 2025.
