Russian drones strike Kyiv gas stations, causing casualties
Russian drones killed one person and injured eight in Kyiv on the morning of 15 September, hitting two gas stations as well as warehouses, a restaurant and an office building, authorities said. The first drone fell at a Darnytskyi gas station shortly after 06:00 and the man later died in hospital; strikes resumed after 08:00 and hit sites in Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi and Obolonskyi districts. The attacks were part of a night-long wave of about 200 drones launched from the evening of 14 September, and air defenses downed or suppressed 187 by 08:00, while Odesa Oblast also suffered damage to homes, garages and port and transport infrastructure.
