The trial met the dual primary endpoint of overall survival in third‑and‑later line treatment and a key secondary overall survival endpoint in the combined second‑and‑later line population, while blinded independent review progression‑free survival did not reach statistical significance in the second‑and‑later line cohort. The global trial randomized patients at two dosing levels versus investigator's choice across 175 centers in 19 countries, and results will be presented and shared with regulators.
