Zelenskiy launches Carpathian regional grouping to boost energy
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy launched a new Carpathian regional grouping that brings together Romania, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary and the European Union at a summit in western Ukraine.
