Defence minister Rajnath Singh to visit Sri Lanka
Defence minister Rajnath Singh will visit Sri Lanka from September 8 to 10, leading a high-level delegation from the defence and external affairs ministries to strengthen maritime and defence cooperation. The visit builds on recent exchanges including the Sri Lankan navy commander's August trip and follows India's assistance during Sri Lanka's economic crisis and after Cyclone Ditwah in 2025.
