Rina-S achieves 45.9% response rate in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
Genmab reported late-breaking Phase 1/2 Part C results showing that Rina-S (120 mg/m² Q3W) produced a confirmed objective response rate of 45.9% (five complete responses) and a median duration of response of 12.1 months among 109 patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Median progression-free survival was 9.5 months. Activity occurred regardless of folate receptor alpha expression and irrespective of prior mirvetuximab exposure.
