Women sue Epstein estate over child pornography images
Two women identified in court papers as Jane Doe and Amy filed a federal class-action in the Southern District of New York alleging their sexualized photographs were in Jeffrey Epstein’s collection of child sexual abuse material. They ask the court to design and supervise a single, coordinated program to identify and notify other survivors and seek unspecified damages. The complaint alleges a locked ‘‘modeling book’’ of sexualized child images was kept in a safe and contends few depicted people were told federal investigators have the photos. Executors of Epstein’s estate were named as defendants and declined comment through counsel.
