Brazilian police arrest suspected serial killer in Paraiba
Brazilian police said they captured a 33-year-old suspect, identified as Jorlan Lopes da Silva, after a 30-hour manhunt in a forested area of Paraiba. He was arrested wearing a dress and wig and carrying a baby who police say is not related to him. Civil police have confirmed links to 16 homicides since May, 11 of which he allegedly confessed to, though the suspect claimed involvement in about 80 killings.
