Us establishes multinational attack drone task force
The US military announced Task Force Falcon Strike, the first multi-domain, multinational attack drone task force, to operate one-way attack drones and other unmanned systems above, on and below the sea. The systems will be operated by US personnel alongside military support staff from regional partners as CENTCOM invites allies to join and integrate capabilities. Falcon Strike builds on Task Force Scorpion Strike, founded in December 2025, and follows the Navy's December ship-launched LUCAS deployment. CENTCOM says the formation aims to give a more flexible, scalable deterrent and combat option during the ongoing war with Iran.
