Bull reopened an expanded Angers factory that doubled assembly output from six to 12 racks per month and can scale to 24 on demand after a €80 million expansion. The plant is the only European factory dedicated to building EuroHPC machines as the EU commits €7 billion to a supercomputer network, and Bull has won 15 of 18 EuroHPC tenders. Major contracts include a near-€100 million five-year Airbus deal, Finland’s €388 million LUMI-AI system, and France’s Alice Recoque procurement, while systems use Nvidia, AMD, Intel and increasingly European components.
