Vail Resorts announces 2026/27 opening dates and Epic Pass pricing
Vail Resorts released planned opening dates for the 2026/27 winter season and urged customers to buy Epic Passes before the lowest fall price ends September 7. Keystone aims to open first again, while additional resort dates will be announced later and remain subject to weather. The company introduced a new 20% young adult discount for ages 13–30 and up to $175 savings for guests who visited in 2025/26, yielding example prices as low as $714 for an Epic Pass and $484 for an Epic Local Pass. Vail also described investments in snowmaking and new guest experiences.
