Australia named a 17-player ODI squad for twin series in Zimbabwe and South Africa, with three matches in Harare from September 15 and three in South Africa from September 24. Pat Cummins is back in the 50-over frame for the South Africa leg, and Mitchell Starc is also available only for that leg, while Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head returned to the squad and Marsh will captain the Zimbabwe matches. Marnus Labuschagne was omitted, and youngsters Joel Davies and Ollie Peake retained places after recent performances as selectors frame World Cup preparations.
