Agenus immunotherapy shows 48% three-year survival in ovarian cancer
Agenus reported three-year results from the ovarian cohort of its Phase 1b C-800-01 trial showing an estimated overall survival of 48 percent at two and three years, with median overall survival of 14.8 months. Among 35 efficacy-evaluable patients the objective response rate was 23 percent (one complete and seven partial responses) and median duration of response was 9.7 months; 31 percent had response or stable disease lasting at least 24 weeks. Patients were heavily pretreated (median four prior lines) and nearly three-quarters were platinum-resistant or refractory. Safety showed no new signals or treatment-related deaths.
