Arizona set to vote on eight ballot measures
After a series of expedited appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court left eight measures on the November ballot and removed proposed ballot changes targeting the universal school voucher regulation effort. The rulings mean voters will decide measures that would ban vehicle-miles-traveled taxes, restrict diversity, equity and inclusion actions, enshrine voter ID and citizen-only voting language, curb photo traffic enforcement, label cartels as terrorist organizations, expand limits on transgender student access to sports and bathrooms, cap grocery taxes, and mandate 60% instructional spending for large districts.
