Eightco reveals $406 million treasury with OpenAI and Worldcoin exposure

Eightco Holdings said its treasury totaled about $406 million as of July 15, listing an indirect $90 million stake in OpenAI via an SPV, 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD) tokens, 16,278 ether, $18 million in Beast Industries and roughly $148 million in cash and stablecoins. The company said WLD is valued at $0.41 on Coinbase and that its WLD holding equals about 8% of circulating supply. Eightco highlighted a potential July 24 reduction in Worldcoin daily issuance and pointed to OpenAI's confidential S-1 and recent GPT-5.6 release as catalysts that could affect market interest and supply dynamics.
