Mexican man pleads guilty in cross-border tunnel smuggling
Luis Carlos Davalos-Lopez, 29, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to bring aliens into the United States after federal agents found a sophisticated tunnel running beneath the border from Ciudad Juarez into Texas, prosecutors said.
