Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GazetAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

GazetAI is an AI-powered news curation service that delivers the top 3 most important stories per category, updated continuously in real-time. The Service includes mobile applications for iOS and Android, push notifications, and related features.

Subscription Terms

Free Trial

• 7-day free trial available to new users
• Access to 3 categories of your choice

Premium Subscription

Premium access is a monthly subscription. You choose how many news categories to include; your total monthly price is based on that number.

• Minimum: 3 categories for $5 USD per month in total
• Additional categories: each category beyond the first three adds $1 USD per month
• You may add categories up to the full set offered in the app. The price at checkout (App Store, Google Play, or Stripe where we offer direct checkout) may be shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes.

Premium includes:

• AI-powered analysis and impact scoring for your selected categories
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support

Payment Processing

• In-app subscriptions: processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where available. Refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective policies.
• Direct checkout: where we offer payment outside the mobile stores (for example on the web), payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles payment details as described in its privacy policy. Stripe's terms apply to that payment flow.
• Pricing may vary by region due to local taxes and currency.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Redistribute content from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' experience

Content and Intellectual Property

News Content

GazetAI aggregates and curates news from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of the underlying news content. Our AI analysis, summaries, and curation represent our intellectual property.

Service Content

The GazetAI app, algorithms, user interface, and related technology are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Content Accuracy

Our AI curates news from multiple sources, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Users should verify important information independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GazetAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Subscription benefits end at the current period's expiration
• Account data may be deleted after 30 days
• Surviving provisions include payment obligations and intellectual property rights

Platform-Specific Terms

iOS App Store

These Terms are between you and GazetAI only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or any warranty claims. In case of non-conformance, Apple’s only obligation is to refund the purchase price.

Google Play Store

These Terms are between you and GazetAI only, not Google. Google is not responsible for the Service, content, or any warranty or liability claims.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters under $10,000.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
