Sanjay Ghemawat co-founds Discovery Loop

Sanjay Ghemawat, a computer scientist who spent more than two decades at Google, is among the co-founders of Discovery Loop, an AI startup launched by longtime Google executives Jeff Dean, Oriol Vinyals and Quoc Le. Ghemawat's Google research focused on distributed systems, machine intelligence, software systems and TensorFlow, and he co-authored seminal papers on the Google File System, MapReduce, Bigtable and Spanner.
