3 min read

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Sohail Afridi told a joint parliamentary meeting that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf will present its future course of action at a major August 5 gathering, which he described as a decisive political milestone. Afridi said the provincial government had pursued constitutional, legal and democratic avenues since he took office on Oct 15 and had sought court meetings and judicial interventions to visit jailed PTI founder Imran Khan. He called for Imran's family and personal physicians to be granted access and announced the venue move to a larger open site near the Peshawar motorway to improve participation and traffic management.
