Bangladesh has recorded 1,057 confirmed and suspected measles deaths in 2026 after four more suspected fatalities in the past 24 hours, alongside 179,814 suspected cases and 20,562 laboratory-confirmed infections since March. The Directorate General of Health Services says 158,589 patients were hospitalised since March 15 and 152,225 have recovered.
