Lucas Museum offers free passes to 90037 residents

The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art will open Sept. 22 in Exposition Park with a 300,000-square-foot, $1-billion facility that includes 11 acres of gardens and 10,000 square feet of exhibition space. The museum will give free annual passes to residents of the 90037 ZIP Code and host a community preview day on Sept. 13; pass holders can reserve tickets for themselves and one guest. General tickets go on sale July 21 ($25 adults, $21 seniors; children 17 and under free). Co-founder George Lucas curated 20 inaugural exhibitions across more than 30 galleries, showing over 1,200 objects from his collection.
