Eagles add 2027 Sphere dates despite Henley retirement comment

The Eagles have added four shows at the Sphere in Las Vegas on January 15, 16, 22 and 23, 2027, extending a residency that began in September 2024 and raising their total Sphere performances to 72. Tickets for the new dates go on sale at 10am local time on August 14. The expansion pushes the run into its third calendar year and follows a May schedule addition that had already extended shows through November. The announcement contrasts with Don Henley’s February comment that the band were likely to retire by the end of 2026 and highlights a large-scale continuation of live touring.
