Switchboard deprecates oracle implementations, urges migration
Switchboard Technology Labs Inc. deprecated its oracle implementations and told affected protocols to migrate before technical support ends on September 25. Solana Compass identified Kamino Finance, Jito, MarginFi and Drift Protocol as Solana projects that must move their oracle integrations, while Crypto Briefing listed Pyth Network and RedStone as alternative providers. The deprecation followed an earlier suspension on Aptos, Sui, IOTA and Movement around Aug. 29-30 attributed to a suspected key compromise. Switchboard was handling hundreds of millions of data requests weekly and supported more than 550 feeds across 53 Solana programs and other chains.
