Ondo gains FINRA authorization to offer tokenized equities

3 min read

On July 23, 2026, Ondo Finance said Oasis Pro Markets, its SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, secured FINRA authorizations to offer a wide range of tokenized equities and funds to U.S. investors under SEC and FINRA oversight. The permissions cover NMS equities, ETFs, mutual funds, index funds and IPO securities, with settlement in fiat or supported stablecoins and wallet-to-wallet capability, plus omnibus account and retirement account support. The move builds on Oasis Pro acquisition and earlier U.S. tokenizations such as BlackRock's IVV and Micron shares, and comes as Ondo reports over $20 billion cumulative volume and more than $1 billion TVL. At the time of writing, ONDO traded at $0.40, down 3.14%, with about $126.4 million 24-hour volume and an approximate $1.95 billion market cap.

U.S. investors can access SEC-approved tokenized equities.
