Lawsuit seeks to identify thousands in Epstein image collection
Two women filed a class-action lawsuit in Manhattan federal court accusing Jeffrey Epstein's estate co-executors, attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, of possessing, obtaining and distributing child sexual abuse material for decades. The plaintiffs seek a court-supervised process with the estate, federal authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to identify and notify potentially thousands of people depicted, and request preservation and an accounting of images and devices.
