ADM names Jeff Rowe chief operating officer

ADM appointed Jeff Rowe as executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective August 17, 2026, and said he will oversee the company's commercial businesses, global manufacturing and R&D while reporting to CEO Juan Luciano. Rowe joins from Syngenta Group, where he served as CEO from January 2024 after leading Syngenta Crop Protection and Syngenta Seeds, and he has more than 20 years of prior experience at DuPont Pioneer. A fifth-generation farmer who practices regenerative agriculture, Rowe holds degrees in agricultural economics, law, and a global executive MBA, and ADM positions the hire to support its growth agenda.
Jeff Rowe will oversee ADM's commercial, manufacturing and R&D operations.
